The way that students access Visio for classes has changed, previously there was an extra step needed to get access, now students will only need to be able sign into their Microsoft 365 in order to run Visio.
Please use this guide on how to get signed into your 365 account and open Visio

Sign into the 365 Microsoft online web portal , for students office accounts it should be OneID@O365.tstc.edu. If you have any trouble remembering your password please reach out to the help desk at 1-800-592-8784 to reset your account

Once you are signed in you should see your Microsoft account dashboard, on this page you can either select the tab at the very top to open and view all your apps, or select apps at the bottom of the page

Once you click on the application it will open in the browser and you should be able to proceed with required course work.

You can also use this direct link to open https://visio.office.com/ if you know your Microsoft login, it will take you straight into the application.
If you run into any errors please reach out to us here at help desk, Visio access will not be enabled for accounts set up using your mymail email address and is limited to the 365 license that is provided by TSTC by request from an instructor. If you have found that you do not yet have access you can contact your instructor to submit an OIT request for access.
