Adding the Chrome desktop app

The Webex Contact Center has a desktop app that you can install on your computer. To Install, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Webex Contact Center and sign in using Google Chrome.
  2. You should get a pop up once you get signed in, Click on install app
  3. If you do not see the pop up, you will need to clear your browsing history in Chrome and sign back in. You should then get the pop up.
