Update your OneID Profile and Manage Your Password

From the OneID Dashboard you can change your password without having to contact OIT. 

  1. Sign in to OneID. Enter your username and password and follow the authentication prompts.
  2. From the OneID Home page, click your name and then click Settings.
  3. Click on Edit Profile. You may be prompted to confirm your identity by using multifactor authentication.
  4. Enter your current and new password.
  5. Click the Change Password button to confirm the change.
  6. You can also update your security question, change your phone number of Forgot Password text message or voice call, and enable or disable any multifactor authentication options.
