Where can I find the employee directory?
The employee directory lists all TSTC employees as well as their email addresses and extensions. You will find the employee directory as an icon in the portal, or click here.
Where can I find the org chart?
The org chart illustrates the structure of TSTC as well as the relationships between employees. You will find the org chart in the portal under Human Resources.
Where can I find out about my benefits?
HR related info can be found in the portal on the Human Resources page.
How do I change my address in the system?
Changing your address is easy, follow this KB article for instructions.
How do I reset my password?
At some point in our TSTC careers we will have to reset our OneID passwords. As with most things, you can reach the password reset page from the portal under webadvisor for Employees - User Account - Change Password.
How do I set up my pin?
To access your voice mail you will have to set up your phone pin number. The article here will instruct you how to do this.
