Technology Purchase Instructions


For  approved budgeted technology requests excluding copier/printer requests:


1. Find your desired quote HERE.
2. Enter a requisition.
3. In the requisition, add the Account and IT Approver IDs.

4. Purchasing will process your requisition after approvals have been entered.
5. Once the devices are received, they will be delivered to the asset custodian.
6. The asset custodian will then contact the OIT Help Desk to schedule set-up and installation.

at 1-800-592-8784 or tstchelpdesk@tstc.edu
2. OIT Department will work your request and then provide you with the appropriate quote based on your need.
3. Follow steps 2-6 listed above.


For unbudgeted or emergency requests, contact your budget custodian.
