How to access Image Now/Perceptive Content

To access Image now either using the desktop app or through the Portal, you must have Pulse Secure running if you are working remotely.

Windows (bottom right hand corner)

Mac Mac (upper right hand corner)

If you do not have this icons click HERE for Mac and HERE for Windows.


To request access to Image Now, please ask your supervisor to contact the Help Desk by phone (Ext. 13375 or 800/592-8784) or by email (tstchelpdesk@tstc.edu).
We will need the following information:
1.  Name of employee who needs access.
2.  Name of employee who has the same access that you need.  We will use this to mirror your access.


Image Now Desktop

If you have Image Now/Perceptive Content installed, you will have the icon on your desktop or you can find it in the start menu. If you do not have the desktop application installed, contact the Help Desk.

Click the Image Now Icon to start the application

The Log in screen should say PC 7.1 Prod. If you see Default Profile, Contact the Help Desk.

On the Log in Screen, enter your username and TSTC OneID password and click Connect.

Image Now Web application

**The Web application requires Internet Explorer. If you use any other browser, you will not be able to access it. Also, you will only be able to view documents. You will need the desktop version to print to Image Now or link documents in Colleague.

From the Portal, hover over Applications and click on Image Now.

Click the Link to get to the log in screen.

This should take you to the Log in screen. Enter your username and TSTC OneID password and click Connect.

If you see this screen, you will need to contact the Help Desk.
