All Computers and Laptops for TSTC use MUST be tagged for inventory and have Security Software set up by OIT.

If you need a new computer, you will need to Create a Requisition in Workday. You can create a brand-new requisition from request non-catalog items or create a requisition from a previous requisition or a template.

Select computer setup from below based upon employee's needs.
- To view Dell items in WorkDay:
  Go to Workday Menu > Purchases > Connect to Supplier Website (Req Type: 1 time purchase, Remove "Deliver To" Address)> Click OK > Click "Connect" on Dell Supplier> Standard Configurations

Receive notification to create OIT Work Order to complete setup.

It will take 5 business days for us to receive it once a PO# is issued.

TV Purchase Requirements:

Brands: Samsung, Sony, or LG (NO ROKU TV’s, Google TV's or Fire TV’s )

Must be SMART and have 4K resolution.

TV’s that meet the above criteria can be purchased locally with a Pcard. Please contact Patty Keller or Jennifer Green for approval.
