The Harlingen New Tech Building is currently under construction.

Construction crews are currently working on underground fire lines, electrical company inspections of the transformers pads, polishing the concrete, working on the drains/trenches, and working with TSTC on designs and making some minor adjustments/changes.

The crews are working on rebar strengthening, pressure washing (next week), frames to be hung (next week), and the delivery of copper tubing for the chiller plant.
