No response from Mauricio, had been reaching out to him for clarification on when the office equipment needs to be ordered. Per an email with Mauricio, he stated that the offices will not be ready until May/June of 2025.

PENDING CLARIFICATION for BELOW:

The office design team with Mauricio (TSTC Construction PM) and the vendor to discuss the office installs and monitor arms. The arms will be installed in the middle/back of the desk (plenty of space) for the arm to fit without taking up too much/too little space. Allowing for a cleaner, more efficient workspace and cable mgmt on top of the desk and below in baskets and attachments. 

The vendor is working on documenting the specs of the monitor arms, then sending to Mauricio & OIT Solutions PMs.

Updating Mauricio on the possible HRL HWR order:

  • 6 - Laptops
  • 12 - Monitors (Dual for each office)
  • 6 - Docking stations
  • 6 - Mouse & Keyboard Combo
  • 6 - Power Strips
  • 12 6 ft Patch Cables
No date has been set to order the faculty/staff equipment.
