Building 2 is currently in the design phase construction documents should be coming out the week after Thanksgiving, the first week in December
3rd Floor Reno: Today the team discussed the removal of some office spaces, increased the conference room size, floor plans for the 1st & 2nd floor, ceiling plans, the XR room (adjustments to better use the space), dumpster enclosure, exterior & interior finishes and next steps.

Building # 2 - No date yet
3rd Floor Reno
- Construction Begins: January 20, 2025
- Construction Completion: June 30, 2025
- Furniture & Equipment Move-In: July 21, 2025
- Occupancy: August 15, 2025
