MARQ contract cancelled and Canva already purchased prior to OIT involvement

Description

Replacing MARQ application. Canva Enterprise was purchased with 50 Licenses. Hopes are to have a better participation as over 400 @tstc.edu accounts are utilizing the free version. C&CS is wanting to provide an user friendly platform with TSTC Approved Branding for employees to use.
