D. Allow for the upload of TSTC employee data to complete internal equity and peer review analyses in a quick and efficient manner.
E. Provide the ability to download, pull reports and forward data as a visual graphic, Excel, CSV or pdf formats to managers and leaders.
F. Provide for pay structure modeling, merit modeling and data visualization in presentation-ready format.
G. Software platform must be able to integrate with Workday.
H. Ability to provide market matches to compare jobs to current salary markets and industries, tailored towards higher education.
I. Options for level of operational support to make recommendations, notifications of system enhancements, as well as standards and mandated regulations guidance.
