HR Report Writer resources were not available for an extended length of time. With the Payfactors system contract terminating in Summer 2023, integration would have lasted 3-4 months. Met with Denebra Sharp on May 10, 2023 to discuss and the decision was made to cancel the integration project.

Description

This project is for the integration of Payscale (also known as Payfactors) to be integrated into the Workday system with Texas State Technical College (TSTC). Payscale is an existing software utilized by Human Resources to compare salaries of TSTC employees with market salaries to ensure competitive wages are being offered to retain existing employees, to determine appropriate adjustments if needed, and to entice prospective candidates to come to TSTC.
