Description

In order to complete the work that the TSTC Facilities Planning and Construction team has ahead of it, a robust and widely employed project management platform will be required. The goal of this work is to provide both new tailor-made facilities for a number of the college’s instructional programs across the state, and backfill renovated – PBE ready – spaces for programs that move into areas vacated when the new facilities are populated.

These construction projects will be critical to TSTC in making the transition to PBE, providing updated and long-lasting instructional space, and ultimately, placing more Texans in high-paying jobs. The FPC team’s objective is to not only complete all construction work as effectively and efficiently as possible, but also to transition stewardship of these facilities over to the TSTC Maintenance department as comprehensively and seamlessly as is possible.
