Description
TSTC has an active supplier database of ~3,500 registered suppliers. Supplier management includes communication, obtaining appropriate documentation for IRS requirements, State of Texas compliance checks, entry in the USAS system, and TSTC additional practices. The function is performed by one staff member with other staff members acting as 2nd validators when information is obtained. The onboarding process entails manual data entry, navigation in multiple systems, and internal/external communication.
This project is meant to automate this process, as well as provide additional layers of security for TSTC to verify the validity of inputted information.
