Summary
The custom subroutine X.S.FORMAT.DEGREE.AUDIT, Synonym of S.FORMAT.DEGREE.AUDIT recalculates the Institutional Credits
and updates the field STPR.EVAL.INSTITUTION.CRED in STUDENT.PROGRAMS.
It also creates a separate column for the Transfer credits and updates the STPR.USER1 in STUDENT.PROGRAMS to save those credits in a separate field.

Steps on how to change Rules & Paragraph used in EVAL
The following messages are based on rules defined under DACP/RLDE/DPAR.
When any of these rules are met, the selected Report Paragraph is processed in EVAL.
Note: Steps 1, 2, 4, and 5 can be done by assigned Department/Staff.
Step 3 is done by IT-DEV
