Setting Up a Cisco Phone Conference Call

In this article we explain how to setup a non WebEx/Jabber conference call using your Cisco phone, applies to Cisco 8841 and 8845 phones.

1) While on an active call, press the Conference button.

2) At the dial tone, place a call to another number as normal.

3) When call connects, press the Conference button again to connect all parties. You will hear a tone and your display will show you are conferenced.

4) Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional people to your conference.

Note: You can have up to 8 people on your conference call.
