Sign-in to the Microsoft Office 365 Portal for Employees

This article covers how to sign in to the Microsoft Office 365 Portal from the My Apps Dashboard for Employees

1. Click on the Microsoft Office 365 Portal app icon in the My Apps Dashboard

 

 

2. After clicking on the Microsoft Office 365 Portal app icon, you will be redirected to a sign in page.  Here you will enter your TSTC OneID (OneID@tstc.edu), and click Next

 

 

3. After clicking Next, you will be redirected to a page to enter your TSTC Password, after entering your TSTC Password, Sign-in.

 

 

4. After clicking Sign-in, you will be redirected to the prompt below about Verification Required, click Continue.

 

 

5. After clicking Continue, you will be redirected to the RSA page below.  You will need to approve the prompt on your mobile device. (If you are not enrolled in the RSA Authenticator, you can follow the steps here to enroll.)

 

 

6. After accepting the Sign-In Request in your RSA Authenticator app, you will be re-directed to the M365 Copilot page, which completes the sign-in to the portal.  From here you will be able to access your Microsoft Office 365 apps.

 

 

7. Once Signed in to the portal, click on Apps in the menu on the left to access your apps.
