If you are an employee who is actively taking courses, the method to view your student profile has now moved to workday. Please use this guide to learn how to access these features in workday

First access workday by accessing your application dashboard via login.tstc.edu

Once you are signed into workday navigate to your profile by clicking your photo on the top right hand corner of your screen

From there select the “View Profile” button

Once your profile loads in the left hand side there should be a menu that has many options listed, locate the “Overview” option and select it.

You should have a page open that has many tabs listed at the top of it, if you are an active student you should see an option titled “Active Person Profiles”.

If you have a student profile, it will be listed under this page and clicking your name will allow the student workday page to populate 
If you do not see your profile listed under Active person profiles, or your student profile is not listed when you select this tab, it means likely that your file may have not merged correctly from within workday. If that is the case you can submit a ticket to the OIT team and we should be able to have our application team review your account status in workday.
