Body
- Go to "Agile Fleet"
- Click the "My Schedule" button (Located in the menu on the left side)
- Locate the reservation that you want to cancel
- Click the red "X" button on the reservation that you would like to cancel
NOTE: If you know the "Request ID" or "Confirmation Number", you can type it in the search bar and click the "View" button to locate the reservation. If the reservation you are searching for is missing, try clicking on "All Requests" next to the "Display" section.
- Provide notes explaining why the reservation is being canceled
- Click "Yes (Cancel Request)"
- Locate the canceled reservation
- Review the status information to ensure that the request has been canceled
