How to Activate Your OneID Password with Okta

When you first go to your OneID Dashboard,  you will need to activate your account with Okta and select an multifactor authentication(MFA) option.

Activating Your Account

1. Choose a Security Question and create an answer. This is not optional
   
2. Add a phone number for resetting your password or unlocking your account using SMS. This is optional.
   Okta can send you a text message with a recovery code. This feature is useful when you don't have access to your email
   
3. Add a phone number for resetting your password or unlocking your account using Voice Call. This is optional.
   Okta can call you and provide a recovery code. You can use your personal phone number or an office phone number. If you use your office phone number, do not just enter the ext. You will need to enter the full number. Example: 254-867-3375
   
4. Click a picture to choose a security image.
   If you see the picture you selected on the log in page, You will know for sure you are logging into a TSTC Website.
   
5. Click Create My Account
