Once you go to the link just select the file containing the software installation your are looking for. Open the folder and select the correct installation you need. Some folders have a Windows and Mac version in them.
Remember that you will need to do a remote session to the PC that needs the software. Before you remote in go out to the link and have it up and ready. Once you remote into the PC copy the link and open a Chrome browser in incognito mode login using your information and download the software you need then follow the steps to install it to the PC.
