If an end-user neds to take a screenshot on his on her computer and doesb't have any software like Gadwing (used in Harlingen) or PrintKey 2000 (used in Waco), they can use a native Windows application.
Please follow these steps.
1. Click on the Start button on bottom left and under "Search" (Search programs or files in Windows 7) and type "Snipping Tool"

The program may also already appear once you click on the start button

2. Click on Snipping Tool to opent the application. Once it opens, you will click on New

3. After clicking on New, move the cursor to the screen and specific location on it, that you are trying to take a screenshot at.
4.Click on File > Save As to save the screenshot.
