There are times when end-user call as they are received the following error message in Webadvisor:
If using Firefox
1. You can bypass the error with a Private Window
Click on the 3 lines on top right (Open Menu) > New Private Window
2. Now you will be able to access the site, as when using Private Window, it bypasses cookies and cache.
3. Another way to deal with the issue is by clearing the cookies and cookies.
To do so, Click on the 3 lines on top right (Open Menu) > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data, then click on clear. You may also select the option to Keep until: I close Firefox
4. Refresh the page and try it again.
If using Chrome
1. Click on the 3 dots on top rights (Customize and Control Google Chrome), then select the error with a Private Window
Click on the 3 lines on top right (Open Menu) > New Private Window
2. Now you will be able to access the site, as when using Private Window, it bypasses cookies and cache.
3. Another way to deal with the issue is by clearing the cookies and cookies.
To do so, Click on the 3 lines on top right (Open Menu) > Settings > Advanced > Privacy & Security > Clear Browsing Data > Clear Data.
4. Refresh the page and try it again.
