Cisco Phone PIN password Reset Self Care Portal

1. Go to  https://ucm01.tstc.edu/ucmuser/
2. On this page enter your OneID user name and password
3. On the top bar click on General Settings

•  A. Click on Phone Services PIN
• B. Enter your new phone pin
• C. Confirm your new phone pin
• D. Click save

5. Logout of the Self Care portal

6. This completes the resetting of your voicemail password on your Cisco 8841 phone.
