How to forward your phone from the Self Care Portal

Once logged in click on Call Forwarding

Click the box next to "Forward all calls to:"

Click the drop down box and select "Add a new number"

Enter the number you wish to forward your number to. Keep in mind this is like you are at work, so you will need to place a (71+ 10 digit phone number) that you are forwarding to. 7 for outside line (This is required for the system to be able to forward to an outside line) and 1 for long distance (this is not needed if the number you are forwarding to is not long distance, should look something like this in the box 71xxx-xxx-xxxx.

- Click the Save button
- Close the Self Care Portal
How to Cancel forwarding for your phone from the Self Care Portal


- Uncheck the box and this will remove any forwarding created.
- Click the Save button
- Close the Self Care Portal
For forwarding phone to another employee follow these instructions

- Once logged in click on Call Forwarding
- Click the drop down box and select "Add a new number"
- Insert the "5 digit extension" of the employee you wish to forward your calls to

- Click Save
- Close the Self Care Portal
For forwarding to your Voicemail follow these instructions

- Once logged in click on Call Forwarding
- Click the drop down box and select "Voicemail"

- Click Save
- Close the self care portal
How to forward your phone from the Desk Phone
Setting Up Call Forwarding on Your Primary Line
- Press the Forward all soft key. Then enter a target phone number or press the Voicemail button if forwarding calls to voicemail.
- The phone will display the call forwarding destination.
Cancelling Call Forwarding on Your Primary Line
- Press the Forward off soft key.
- Phone will no longer display the call forwarding destination.
