OneID Account Activation

Welcome to TSTC! Please use this guide to review the initial account set up. 

  1. You should have received an email with initial account sign on information that includes not only your oneID username, but the initial password set on your account. Use that username and password to sign in at login.tstc.edu



 

  1. Once you sign in you should automatically be prompted to change the password for your account, you can use the eye icon on either field to be able to view your password in plain text.  Make sure that the password entered meets our current Password requirements:

  • At least 14 characters

  • A lowercase letter

  • An uppercase letter

  • A number

  • A symbol

  • No parts of your user-name

  • Does not include your first name

  • Does not include your last name



     

  1. Once you have entered a valid password, you should see a message that the password change was successful. And be prompted to enter your password to sign into your OneID account.


 

By default your initial recovery method for self service password reset will be tied to your personal phone number on file, if you need to update this information please reach out to TSTC Helpdesk at  1-800-592-8784.
