This guide will help you enroll your device for RSA authentication, this step must be completed after signing into your account for the first time. Please make sure to complete adding your authentication method. You can click on any screen shot in this guide to see the full image.
Access the secure ID sign in page by clicking this link to Enroll, or going to https://tstc.auth.securid.com/sso/saml#. The username you will use for this page will be the same as your TSTC OneID username
When prompted for your password, please use your TSTC OneID Password
After completing sign in you will be prompted to enter an access code that should be automatically sent to your TSTC work email on file.
Once you receive the code, enter it on the validation page and hit “submit”
Immediately after submitting the code, you should see the following screen. This is the authentication enrollment screen. Here is where you can add or view all current 2FA methods. Click on “Register an authenticator” to get started on adding a new device.
When prompted for choices go ahead and select the first option, the RSA Authenticator App. If you have a security key, you can use this guide to complete that set up (link here)
To complete set up, go ahead and download the corresponding application via the app store for your device.
Once downloaded select “next” on the registration screen to receive a QR code that can be used to connect the application on your phone with your RSA profile.
Using your device, simply scan the QR code and if successful you should see a message that your credential information has been imported into the RSA authentication app
Once your device has been registered the screen on your computer should show the following message, from here select “Test Now” to send a push prompt to your phone to approve.
You have now completed setting up your new RSA Authentication method, the next time you sign in you will receive a push to approve, or have the option to enter a code generated on the app.
