To add external users in Google Chat please do the following:
- Click on the '+' icon in your Google Chat and then “Create Space”.

2. Name your space and click Advanced, then click check box next to “Allow peoplee outside your organization to join.

3. Add members to the room using the text box and select create.

NOTE: If a space was previously created and user didn't selected the option "Allow people outside your organization to join", user will not
be able to add external users. You can only add external users if the option "Allow people outside your organization to join" was selected at first.
