Run Adobe Sign, Webex And, Office O365 User Reports.
Each week the new user reports will need to be ran and uploaded to drive. The current Application Administrator is Jason Heaton. There is an automated ticked that is created in TDX that will be sent to the open ticket queue.

In Adobe Sign click Account > User click on Export User list.
In Webex after logging in click on the drop down arrow by your name > click Webex Administration > User Management > Import/Export Users. ( Don Not Click On Reports Option).
After you click on Import/Export Users click the Download exported CSV file Don't worry about clicking on the big Import , Export, Export Active User Only, or Export, Export Inactive User Only buttons.
Again Don't Click On These.
After a few minutes the new CSV file will download to your computer.
In Office O365 after logging in click on Users > then click on the Export Users option. The list will download to your computer.
