During the hours that the enrollment contact center is closed (Mon-Fri 5PM - 8AM, weekends) and if a caller is holding in the queue for longer than 10 minutes, the incoming call will be forwarded to leave a voice mail. Each contact center queue has its own voice mail box and extension.

To access the voicemail
- Dial 13500 from a Cisco Phone or Jabber or you can dial 254-867-3500 from any phone.
- You will be prompted to enter your ID number, Enter the extension listed above, then press #.
- Your ID number is NOT your employee ID number, it is the extension of the voice mail box you are trying to access.
- Enter the PIN and press #.
Changing the Standard Greeting
This is the greeting that any caller will hear when they leave a voice mail
- Access the mailbox and choose 4 for Setup Options
- Choose 1 for Greetings. The voice mail system will play your current greeting. To rerecord your current greeting, press 1.
Setting up Holiday Greeting
- Access the mailbox and choose 4 for Setup Options.
- Choose 1 for Greetings.
- Choose 3 for Greeting Options.
- Choose 3 for Alternate Greeting.
- Press 1 to record your Alternate Greeting.
- Follow the prompts to record and save your new greeting.
- To turn on the Alternate greeting, choose 3.
- Note: You will be given the option of setting an end date for this recording.
