1. Go to the Start Menu, once there type SEB Config Tool

2. If Safe Exam Browser has already been configured before you may be prompted with this pop-up to input the Administrative password, enter it now.

3. Once the Config Tool opens you will see two different password options towards the middle of the page, this is where you can set the passwords.
Administrator Password- This is the password that will be used to access the SEB Config Tool
Quit/unlock Password- This is the password that will be used to exit the Safe Exam Browser Application

4. Once you have set the passwords, click File in the top left, then Save Settings to apply any changes.

5. Open the Safe Exam Browser application, try to close it and you should have an identical pop-up requiring a password, verify there are no issues. Lastly, try opening the SEB Config Tool and verify that it prompts you for a password as well.
