Purpose: To ensure that all Print From Home requirements are met before a user purchases a printer and that they understand the Records Retention Policies that must be met for compliance.
NOTE: A SCANNER and SHREDDER are MANDATORY for printing from home.
WARNING: OIT is NOT responsible for providing a printer, scanner or shredder. These items will need to be purchased by the department.

Create a ticket for the printer request

Once the ticket is saved, Click Add.

Click Task Template.

Click the drop down box and select "Print from home acknowledgement" Ticket Task flow .

Follow the instructions in the tasks.

Once the completed form has been received back by the HD associate, then the completed form must be uploaded to the ticket.

Once the completed form is uploaded to the ticket and all signatures have been received, then the user may go out and purchase the necessary items.
