Add Webex Add-On to Google Calendar

By adding the Webex Add On to Google Calendar, you can schedule Webex Meetings as you create your event in Calendar.

From Google Calendar, Click the Settings options and then Get Add-Ons

The Webex Add-On should be the first one to pop up.

Click on the Webex Add-on then click Install

Click Continue

Select your TSTC email account

Scroll all the way down to grant the Webex add on access to make changes to your calendar

YAY!! It's install successfully

But... You're not done yet!

Before you can use it, You now have to give Google access to your Webex account.

Create an Event.

Click on the Add Video Conferencing button

Click either Webex meeting or Webex Personal Room Meeting

Now you will be asked to Log in to Webex

Click Log in

Click your TSTC email address

Then click Allow for Webex to make changes to Calendar

Webex will then try to add the Meeting details to your event.

Once you see the Webex conferencing details you have sucessfully added Webex to Google Calendar.
