Perceptive Experience Web Client User Guide

The update of Perceptive Content to Experience Pack 1 (EP1) also marked the end of Webnow and the move to a new way to access documents through the web called Perceptive Experience. This new experience includes many great features that vastly improve this method of accessing documents from within the Perceptive Content system.

Overview

How do I access Perceptive Experience?

NOTE: You must be either on a TSTC campus or connected via VPN to access Perceptive Experience.

Log in to Perceptive Experience

Alternatively, you can access Perceptive Experience by logging in to the TSTC Portal and selecting "Imagenow" under the Applications menu. Your credentials for Perceptive Experience will be the same as you use to log into Portal and/or the existing Perceptive Content system. Below is a screenshot of the login page you should reach when clicking either the link in Portal or the direct link above.

Once logged in, the main window for Perceptive Experience will appear. Your options available here will vary based on your access within the system. For instance, if you do not have access to any workflow processes, you will not have the workflow option.

What will Perceptive Experience allow me to do?

The following functions are available in Perceptive Experience:

  • Access from all browsers - Perceptive Experience doesn't rely on Java and is no longer tied to being used only in Internet Explorer. Use your preferred browser.

  • Manually edit document keys
