If you have not already signed up for Microsoft Office 365, click HERE.
If you have you will need to go Office.com and click on Sign In.
Enter your TSTC Mymail email address: username@mymail.tstc.edu and Click on the link that says Can't access Your Account?
Click on Work or school account
Enter your Mymail email address: username@mymail.tstc.edu and the CAPTCHA and then click Next.
Click the Blue Email button then log into your TSTC Mymail account in another tab in your browser and wait for an email from Microsoft.
It may take several minutes to receive the email. Also check your spam folder to make sure it didn't skip the inbox.
Here is an example of the email you will receive.
Once you receive the email with the code. Go back to the Microsoft forgot password tab and enter the code in the space provided and click Next.
Create a new Password and Attempt to Log in
If you have problems with any of these steps, you can contact the Help Desk and they can make sure you receive the link in your email to reset the password.
