Open a web browser and go to the TSTC Portal.
Log in with your TSTC OneID.
If you are having problems logging in, you can try using the forgot password link to reset your password or contact the Help Desk for Assistance 1-800-592-8784.
Once you log in, scroll down the page until you see WebAdvisor on the right hand column.
Click the arrow on the left of WEBADVISOR FOR STUDENTS, then click Financial Information.
Click Financial Information to the Student Financial Obligation Agreement link.
The new page that opens will show the agreement
***Your ID Number and Name should be at the top of the Agreement
After you have read and understood the agreement, at the bottom of the page should be a clickable circle that you must click on to agree to the agreement.
Lastly, Click the submit button and you would have completed the SFOA(Student Financial Agreement).
