1) Make sure you are connected to Pulse Secure VPN
2) Log into this website ( using your portal credentials) : https://ucm01.tstc.edu/ucmuser/
3) On the Phones tab you should see a selection labeled Call Forwarding.
4) Select Call Forwarding and click the checkbox
5) The drop down menu will become active and you can add a new number.
Note: Remember to Dial 7 to dial an outside line. Example: 325- 235- 6161 would be added as either 713252356161 ( If the phone system calls for long distnace) or 72356161 ( if its a local number) . After it has been setup test it out.
