This issue is to correct network speed problems withPulse Secure when the user has HughesNet, or Windstream ISP. You will want to begin this process while being signed out of pulse secure and on your local network.
Step 1. From your start menue start typing 'control panel' then select 'control panel'.
Step 2. Once in control panel select the 'Network and Internet' option followed by the 'Network and Sharing Center' option
Step 3. At this point you should see many options, you want to look to the left and find a link labled ' Advanced Adapter Settings'.
Step 4. While in the Advanced Adapter Settings, you want to find what network interface option you are currently connected to. If you ware wireless you will apply step 4 on the 'wi-fi' interface and if you are hard-wired, you will apply the next step to the 'ethernet' option
Step 5. Right click on the appropriate interface and select 'properties'
Step 6. Un-check the 'Juniper Switch Option'. (as shown in the picture below)
At this point you will now be able to start pulse secure and your speed should be increased. To test the speed you can google "speedtest" and run a speed test.
